Kitsch and the Angry Santas
What good is an antique booth if you don't have a little "kitsch"?
I definitely raised my dad's eyebrows a little when I haggled over this old punch bowl set at a garage sale last year.
Had to have it. Don't ask why, I just did.
O.K. even though I said not to ask why, I'll tell you anyway.
Kitsch. Pure and simple.
Today we have Facebook and blogging. The housewives of the 50's had Ridell and Holland Mold ceramics.
The funkier, the better. I don't know why Santa looks so strange, but I'm fond of him and his buddies.
And hopefully someone who visits my store will be too :O).
