I Need an Intervention!!

If I ever needed validation to my suspicions that I am most creative under pressure, this is it!!

In the middle of packing up my home and I ask my creative neighbor friend to teach me how to make a banner for the future play area for my grandsons. If that weren't enough...

...I decide to turn an old bookshelf with a broken back panel into a storage place for children's books in said playspace. You know, in keeping with my "Moonrise Kingdom" inspired theme.

Because, you know, I don't have enough time or anything like that!!

See, because I found some vintage maps while packing and I just HAD to modge podge them onto the bookshelf right away! Even made sure my DALLAS was displayed proudly on the first shelf.

Yeah. I need an intervention. And quick!!

Hahaha! You're brilliant! I am curious as to where the play place is going to be? How exciting!

Deb, I love it! You need to take a break and go with something like that during the midst of chaos :) Can't wait to see the entire finished room . . . so much fun in store for the Geesling grandkids! I LOVE the bookshelf with maps idea.
